ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, I am fully insured! I have professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
DO YOU BRING BACK UP EQUIPMENT WITH YOU?
Definitely. I carry 3 cameras around with me at all times along with a variety of lenses, backup lenses, flashes, memory cards and batteries galore.
ARE YOU WILLING TO TRAVEL?
Absolutely! I love an adventure. Just let me know where you need me and I’ll let you know if I can make it. If it’s really far out, I may ask for travel costs to be covered.
WHEN DO YOU START AND FINISH SHOOTING?
I will usually start shooting 2-3 hours before the ceremony, and then finish about half an hour after the first dance. This allows me to capture some of the special moments in the lead up to the Ceremony, as well as some evening boogieing! Just let me know if you would like to book me for another hour or two!
HOW MANY PHOTOS CAN WE EXPECT FROM OUR WEDDING DAY?
Full coverage of your wedding day will give you roughly 500 edited photos.
HOW LONG AFTER THE WEDDING DAY WILL WE RECEIVE OUR WEDDING PHOTOS?
Between 4-6 weeks.
WILL YOU NEED FOOD?
Yes please! Food makes me happy and will fuel me up for the rest of the fun! When you sit down to eat, I’ll slip away in to a separate room to eat, and join back in to capture the speeches! If your speeches are at the beginning of your meal, I’ll capture the speeches first before slipping away to eat.
WHO OWNS THE COPYRIGHT TO THE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHS? CAN I PRINT MY OWN?
You are welcome to share, copy and print your photos. If shared to the public, I ask that credit is given to Alice Cunliffe Photography. I retain the copyright, therefore please don't sell them on to third parties.
WHAT IF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WANT THE PHOTOS FROM THE WEDDING DAY?
I hope they will! You can send them the link to your bespoke password protected online gallery which will hold your photos. They can download the images from there!
HOW DO WE MAKE THE BOOKING?
Firstly, please get in touch to enquire if I'm free on your wedding date! I’ll then send you a Booking Form for you to fill out, along with some Terms & Conditions. Once this has been sent back to me, along with a 25% Booking Fee (deposit), you'll be officially booked in! YAY! The remaining 75% of the payment will need to be in my account 14 days before the photoshoot. Simples!
